The hereby mentioned “General Sales Conditions” regulate the sale of products marketed by VINOUTLET Sas (hereinafter referred to as “VINOUTLET”) through its website The purchase of products through in accordance to the procedures described below, between Seller (Vinoutlet) and Customer, will be governed by the “General Sales Conditions” in accordance with the Italian law and in particular in reference to the Decree 70/2003 (E-commerce legislation) and the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 with specific reference to the rules on “electronic contracts”). Any changes or variation to the above mentioned “General Sales Conditions” will only be effective once posted on the website and will apply only to such sales made after publication.


The contract between Vinoutlet and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Vinoutlet. The acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the Client. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all information provided during the purchasing procedure and to accept those conditions transcribed hereby.
Customers are invited to carefully read the “General Sales Conditions” and print them or save them.


Customer may purchase products on the site when placing the order as described during the guided, online process. The information supplied with the products reproduce those provided by each manufacturer. Vinoutlet, therefore, reserves its right to apply any modification to those information in order to match those provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice. The images on the website are provided to facilitate the Customer to recognize products. Due to possible changes in packaging made by manufacturers, images may not reflect the actual appearance of the delivered product. The correct order is confirmed by by e-mail, sent to the address supplied by Customer.
Confirmation message will report:
Date and time of order receipt
Order Number (to be referred as to in case of any further communication)
Reference to the General Sales Conditions.
In case Vinoutlet will not be able to accept the order, Vinoutlet is committed to immediately notify the customer. All prices on are final and, therefore, inclusive of sales taxes. Vinoutlet reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


Customer may purchase products on using different methods of payment, as indicated through the guided purchasing process. Any additional cost, if any, related to each payment method will be explicitly highlighted during the purchase process.


Vinoutlet utilizes only professional couriers specialized in wine delivery to ship its products. Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated when each order is placed. Depending on destination of goods and type of shipment required (“standard” or “express”) deliveries may take place over a period of time ranging from 1 to 15 business days.Delays may occur cause of unexpected circumstances (eg, Custom inspections, severe weather conditions etc.). Upon receipt of goods, Customer is required to verify the integrity of parcels received and in case of any doubt (eg damaged boxes), this should always be indicated under “Comments/notes” on the delivery receipt. In case of non conformity of products or in case of breakages, Customer shall notify the damage via email at within 5 days from receipt of goods.
Each shipment is covered by insurance however, images of the leaked boxes/broken bottles should always be attached to the email; this will allow Vinoutlet to fully refund Customers.


The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from delivery of products purchased, upon written notice to be sent at where Customer indicates the product or products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. Goods shall be returned to Vinoutlet at Customer’s expenses.


Vinoutlet guarantees that the delivered products are identical to those shown and described on the site. For all products sold, the responsibility is solely of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of all information shown on the packaging.


All personal information requested throughout the purchasing process are collected and processed from Vinoutlet through its website to meet all obligations related to the settlement of the contract with Customer. Under no circumstance will they be communicated or sold to third parties. Vinoutlet guarantees its customers the respect of rules by the Privacy Code as mentioned under the Legislative Decree no. N. 196 of 30.06.03. All data will be stored at our premises in Borgo Ognissanti, 70 red – 50123 Florence (FI), under the respinsibility of Amerigo Coli (Legal Representative), pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree no. n. 196/2003. At any time, Customer has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending written notice to, as specified under art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003. Marketing communications, subscription to our newsletters and all commercial information will only be sent upon explicit Customer’s consent, which will be required through the online registration form.


Vinoutlet will not sell wine or any other alcoholic beverage to persons under the age of 18 (or 21 if otherewise requested by local law). ID verification may occur upon delivery of parcels, from forwarders.

Sales contracts between Customer and Vinoutlet via is concluded in Italy and governed by the Italian law. For all litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract between Vinoutlet and final Customer, the territorial competence will be exclusively that of the Court of Florence, Italy.
