Valpolicella doc class. Superiore Bure Alto has a bright ruby red colour, it has a strong vinous bouquet that hints of dried fruits and spice, it is dry, slighty tart flavour, warm, round, balanced.

Valpolicella receives the designation of “Ripasso”, if the wine is refined before barrel refinement through the pre-pressed recioto or amarone pomace, buying body, taste and degree.

Producer: Corte Aleardi

Type of grapes: 65% Corvina, 25% Corvinon, 10% Rondinella.

Vineyard: hilly vineyeard of Bure Alto.

Wine making: Second fermentation on the Amarone skins

Ageing: for 24-30 months in Slavonian oak barrels and tonneaux.

Alcohol grading: 14% vol.

Serve at: 18°C.
