Grape variety: 100% garganega.
Soil: flat basalt of alluvial origin.
Harvest: by hand at the beginning of September.
Wilting: the grapes are brought into the winery as they are where they are pressed at 0,6 bar. The juice selected fermented totally by using only natural yeast in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Then occurs second fermentation in bottle by addition of Albina juice (resin garganega grape) since with natural yeasts and natural sugars. Bottled without sulphites.
Bottle sizes: 0,75lt.
