This wine is closely linked to the traditions of this territory and characterised by the typical “twine knot”. The cork is fixed to the bottle neck with twine, a procedure which is still done today by hand, just as it has been done for generations by the farming families of this area.

Product Description

Producer: Spagnol Soc. Agricola

Production area: hillside vineyards owned by the Spagnol Family in the DOCG area between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano.

Grape variety: Glera (historic synonym of Prosecco)

Alcohol content: 11 % vol

Vinification: fermentation off skins

Second fermentation: in autoclave according to the Italian Method. Aged for about 20 days.

Organoleptic characteristics: the colour is bright straw yellow and the perlage is particularly light and soft. The nose senses a bouquet of apple and floral notes of acacia and wisteria. The taste is fresh and very typical, with good acidity balanced by a tantalizing sapidity.

Serving temperature: 8º C
